We're Building Again — Introducing Buildgrid.ai
Some companies are born out of an idea.
Others are born out of experience and need.
After building and scaling NordSafety from a startup into an international software company — and continuing that journey through Quentic and later AMCS — the three of us are building together again.
We have now publicly announced the founding of Buildgrid.ai. And here we are - thanks to you dear reader and the first customers that put their trust in us!
Why Buildgrid — and Why Now?
Over the past months, we’ve been quietly building.
We’ve interviewed dozens of leaders across industries.
We’ve run user research.
We’ve refined prototypes.
We’ve improved the product week by week based on real customer feedback.
One pattern kept repeating itself:
Companies clearly see the potential of AI — but struggle to move from excitement to implementation.
Not because they lack ambition.
But because they lack time, clarity, and practical guidance.
Most organizations are already operating at 100% capacity. Exploring AI opportunities on top of that can feel overwhelming. Keeping up with the pace of development alone is exhausting.
We believe AI should not require a transformation program to start delivering value.

That’s what we focus on.

With NordSafety, we built technology that made workplaces safer by engaging people in safety processes.
With Buildgrid, we focus on something equally fundamental:

Even before formally announcing Buildgrid, several forward-thinking organizations began using it.

Why We’re Doing This Again
Building a company from scratch again after a successful exit is a choice.
We’re making it because:

- The technology and timing is right
