Most teams start with OperationsLens on a single channel, and teams that already use Buildgrid for knowledge search add agents and operations modules on the same foundation.

Lumen was the working name for the design-partner programme that became OperationsLens. The product is the same work under its own name at operationslens.ai. The old Lumen pages on this site now redirect there.

Buildgrid is an agentic management platform. You connect documents, databases and systems into one knowledge layer, then configure agents on top of it without writing code. The agents answer questions, execute tasks and run machine-to-machine processes. You choose the model, set who can reach what, and every step is logged.

It removes manual steps from work that people currently do by hand: finding the right document, retyping an order, checking that delivered work was billed. Answers and actions point back to the record behind them, so the result can be checked. Start with one process, then extend on the same foundation.

You can upload all common text-based file formats and also add databases and file systems as sources. The data is stored as embeddings — vector representations of your text data — enabling semantic search and accurate AI responses grounded in your information.

Platform configuration is in English. The system supports 96 different languages in the chat interfaces and content. You can upload material in one language and access it in another, enabling multilingual customer service and cross-language competitive analysis.

Your data is processed and stored securely. Buildgrid supports role-based access control, privacy restrictions on dataset access, and local model options for sensitive data. Enterprise plans include advanced security features and SSO integration.
