What is an AI Interaction?

An AI interaction is a single request-response exchange with an AI model. This includes chat messages, search queries, and API calls that trigger an AI response. Both simple and complex queries count as one interaction. You can monitor your usage in real time from the analytics dashboard.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to the new features and the price difference is prorated. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my interaction limit?

Additional interactions beyond your plan limit are billed at the per-interaction rate shown in your plan (€0.03 for Starter, €0.025 for Growth). You’ll receive notifications at 80% and 100% of your monthly allowance so there are no surprises. Your service is never interrupted.

How does the Public AI Assistant pricing work?

Public AI Assistants (web chat widgets, API-powered bots) consume interactions from your plan’s monthly allowance. If you expect high public traffic, we recommend the Growth or Scale plan for higher volume and lower per-interaction rates. Contact sales for custom volume agreements.

What’s included in the implementation package?

Our professional onboarding package (starting from €1,500) includes data setup and ingestion, AI model configuration, admin training, model optimization, and go-live support. The scope is tailored to your organization’s needs and complexity.
